1. Service Agreement

By engaging Mutdexra services, you agree to these Terms. Mutdexra provides engine diagnostics, maintenance, and auto repair services at our Malaysia facility located at 177 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur 50400.

2. Service Limitations

• Diagnostics results are based on vehicle condition at time of assessment
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed mechanical issues
• Warranty on repair work is 30 days from completion date
• Customer must authorize work before commencement

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Late payment may result in service suspension.

4. Liability Limitation

Mutdexra's total liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or data loss damages arising from our services.

5. Data Protection (GDPR Compliant)

Your personal data is processed lawfully for service delivery only. We do not share data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All diagnostic reports and content belong to Mutdexra. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes fall under Malaysian jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
